Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to volunteer with STEM PASS Foundation. We are currently seeking to fill the following roles:

Fundraising Lead (1 Calgary, 1 Toronto)

The Fundraising Lead is responsible for organizing and directing at least one local fundraising event per 12-month volunteer term. The volunteer is responsible for pitching cost-efficient fundraising ideas to the Board for approval, and will work with the Board to coordinate the logistics for the event(s).

Grant Coordinator (1 position, Calgary or Toronto)

The Grant Coordinator is responsible for doing periodic grant searches through various databases and flagging any relevant public or private grants to the Board. The Grant Coordinator will support the Board in drafting grant applications and ensuring materials are submitted on time.

Library Coordinator (1 position, Calgary only)

The Library Coordinator will coordinate the logistics for the Calgary STEM PASS Library Program, including: picking up donated books, keeping inventory of library stock, and dropoff of loaned books to borrowers.
